Best Resorts in Grand Bahamas

Booking a resort is a popular accommodation option in the Grand Bahamas (for good reason)! While resorts typically cost more upfront, you get your money’s worth from the fantastic amenities included. If this interests you, here are great options, starting from the most popular!

Viva Fortuna by Wyndham is one of the best all-inclusive hotels in the Grand Bahamas according to our most recent visit!

Viva Fortuna Beach by Wyndham

First on our list (and our personal favorite) is the 3-star all-inclusive Viva Fortuna Beach by Wyndham Resort! Dylan and I stayed at Viva Fortuna in May 2024 and would highly recommend it. They had three on-site restaurants, a cafe/bar, an oceanside snack shack, an all-inclusive buffet, a pool and hot tub, a tennis, volleyball, and basketball court, an archery range, a trapeze course, nightly entertainment, and more.

They also offered free water sports at the beach, including kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, wind sailing, and snorkeling. If you’re looking for excursions and things to do in the Grand Bahamas outside of the resort, they have an office to do so as well. We loved it for its affordability, amenities, activities, and service.
